Dangote plans Africa's largest IPO as wealth could jump $23 billion

Aliko Dangote, Africa's richest person, is listing Nigerian refinery Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals on the stock exchange in Africa's largest initial public offering ever. If the debut succeeds, the billionaire's wealth will grow from 35 billion to nearly 60 billion dollars, an increase of roughly two-thirds. The flotation began Monday.
