Expert: Russia aims for "Cuban Crisis 2.0" at Poland's border

Lt. Col. (ret.) Maciej Korowaj tells Defence24.pl that Russian provocations at Poland's border aim to create a pretext for nuclear blackmail in the form of a "Cuban Crisis 2.0". Poland should respond firmly but carefully, without crossing lines related to armed forces operations outside NATO territory. The expert stresses the response must be thought through to avoid giving Moscow the pretext it seeks.
