Russian drone strikes fuel station near Dorohusk-Jagodzin: 280 evacuated
During the night of September 12-13, a Russian cruise missile drone struck a fuel station approximately 1–2 km from the Polish border at the Dorohusk-Jagodzin crossing, causing a strong explosion and evacuation of over 280 travelers and 50 officers. A second projectile damaged a freight train locomotive on a siding near the border. Polish military scrambled F-16 fighters, helicopters and a reconnaissance aircraft, and RCB sent alerts to residents of Lublin and Subcarpathian regions. Prime Minister Tusk convened an urgent briefing at the Government Security Center.
