Police officers saved 3-year-old girl who choked on a lollipop

A woman carrying a 3-year-old girl in her arms spotted a police car and began waving at the officers. The police immediately stopped their vehicle — the child had choked on a lollipop and had serious breathing difficulties. The intervention came in time and the girl was saved.
