85-year-old retired doctor missing from Warsaw's Praga-Północ

Honorata Ostrowska-Lesiak, an 85-year-old retired doctor from Warsaw's Praga-Północ, has been missing since September 10. She left home to go to rehabilitation but never arrived at the facility. Her family has no contact with her and asks anyone who has seen her to come forward.
