CPK: billions spent, money and permits lacking, fast train cut back

The exact amount spent so far on preparations for building the Central Communication Hub in Baranów was revealed, a project continued by Donald Tusk's government despite earlier promises to revise it. The CPK company lacks funds and building permits, and the planned fast trains will not run the entire Warsaw–Łódź route.
