From November 13 new rules on reprographic fees will apply to smartphones, computers and tablets sold in Poland. Manufacturers and retailers warn they will pass costs to customers, meaning higher electronics prices. The Ombudsman tried to intervene, but the Ministry of Culture remains firm in its decision.
