Tarnawa-Kolonia: sirens silent in 10 of 17 districts during 6-minute warning gap

Only six minutes passed between detection of the Russian missile that hit near Tarnawa-Kolonia and impact — in that time, sirens sounded in only seven of seventeen districts, and the RCB alert did not reach residents. The Interior Ministry plans to build another mobile app, while the Cell Broadcast system, functioning for years in a dozen European countries, remains a distant prospect in Poland.
