Russia threatens Lithuania with nuclear weapons over constitutional changes

Lithuania is considering constitutional changes that would allow NATO nuclear weapons to be deployed on its territory in light of growing threats from Russia. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov strongly protested, warning that Lithuania "will be in the crosshairs of Russia's nuclear weapons." This is the latest tension on NATO's eastern flank.
