Scania truck hits Peugeot in Milicz, cuts shrubs and strikes pylon

On Friday, September 11, around 8:15 a.m. on Trzebnicka Street in Milicz (national road no. 15), a Scania truck veered into the opposite lane and struck a Peugeot carrying a couple — a 79-year-old man and his 76-year-old wife. After the collision, the Scania crossed the sidewalk at a school, cut down shrubs, and hit a pylon at a gas station. The 42-year-old truck driver from Wrzesnia County was unconscious and taken to hospital. Fortunately, there were no pedestrians on the sidewalk at the time.
