False bomb alarms in schools: 41-year-old from Ostrów Wielkopolski arrested

A resident of Ostrów Wielkopolski called emergency services on September 7 and 8, reporting false information about explosive devices — first at one primary school, then at schools nationwide. Several facilities in Wielkopolska evacuated students. Police detained the 41-year-old on September 8 afternoon. He was charged under Article 224a of the Penal Code, which covers liability for false alarms.
