Putin: European troops in Ukraine would mean war with Russia

Vladimir Putin, during a visit to New Delhi, said that deploying European soldiers in Ukraine would be tantamount to war with Russia. The statement came just before the 18th BRICS summit, as countries of the so-called coalition of the willing work on a security guarantee mechanism for Ukraine after a possible ceasefire. Putin also assured that Russia does not intend to attack Europe.
