Putin: European troops on Ukraine means war with Russia

Vladimir Putin said during a visit to New Delhi that deploying European troops to Ukraine would amount to war between Russia and Europe. The statement came just before the 18th BRICS summit, as coalition members prepare a security guarantee mechanism for Ukraine following a possible ceasefire. Putin simultaneously insisted that Russia has no intention of attacking Europe.
