28-year-old with four driving bans jailed after driving while banned

On Wednesday 9 September, police in Łaskarzewo stopped a 28-year-old Chevrolet driver for faulty lighting. The man had three lifetime driving bans and a fourth — a 36-month ban from June 2024 — all imposed by the District Court in Bełchatów. On Friday 11 September he appeared before court in fast-track proceedings and faced charges of driving despite a court ban.
