Iran announces signing of agreement on route through Strait of Hormuz with Gulf states
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian announced that on Monday in Oman, foreign ministers will sign an agreement establishing a joint maritime route between Oman and Iran through the Strait of Hormuz. Representatives of Persian Gulf countries and Iraq will participate in the meeting. The Strait of Hormuz is one of the world's critical oil transport routes.
