Teenagers fled police on electric motorcycles and crashed in Rybnik

On Thursday before 7 p.m. on ul. Sportowa in Rybnik-Niedobczyce, Speed unit officers spotted a 14- and 16-year-old riding electric motorcycles without registration plates on the sidewalk. The teenagers ignored signals and fled through city streets until both lost control on a curve, hit a barrier, and overturned. Neither had a license to drive; the vehicles were not road-approved or insured.
