Volkswagen restructuring to cost 16 billion euros, payback in over a decade

Volkswagen's restructuring — including job cuts and possible closure of four German factories — may cost 16 billion euros (around 69 billion PLN). The group will wait over a decade for returns on this investment. It is one of the largest cost-cutting programs in the history of German automotive industry.
