Glapiński holds back on rate hikes as Polish bond yields hit 6.3%
National Bank of Poland chief Adam Glapiński is not signaling interest rate increases despite rising inflation — two months ago he was even considering a cut. Investors have already priced in three rate hikes of 0.25 percentage points each by the end of 2027. The yield on 10-year Polish government bonds has risen to 6.3% annually, reflecting market concerns about higher inflation.
