ZUS changes rules for sick leave allowance: new regulations now in effect

ZUS is rolling out major changes to rules for issuing and accounting for medical certificates. The new regulations include, among others, a revised method of calculating sick leave allowance from the first day of illness and expanded authority for inspectors. From 2027, medical certificates for employees working for multiple employers simultaneously will be issued differently.
