Woman who saved accident victim gets PTSD: court rejects her claim
Marta Cieślik from Będzina stopped on her way to work to help a car crash victim. Following this traumatic event, she suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder for over a year. The court did not recognize her claims as an incidental participant in the tragic events. The case is set to go to the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
