Plan to hand over Świeczkowski to prosecutors practically ready

According to journalist Stankiewicz, the authorities have an nearly completed plan to hand over Bogdan Świeczkowski to prosecutors. Should there be an assault on the Constitutional Tribunal, Świeczkowski would stand alone on the barricade — other judges linked to PiS prefer to reach a settlement with the current government.
