Train crash in Sokolniki Suche: passenger narrowly avoided boarding doomed train

A PKP Intercity "Koziołek" passenger train collided with a truck at a railway crossing in Sokolniki Suche in Mazovia. One passenger died in hospital and many were injured. Anna, who had planned to travel on that train, learned of the crash from the internet — a woman persuaded her not to board at the last moment. "I guess you could call that escaping your fate," she said.
