Zelensky proposes energy truce with Russia and Black Sea shipping unblock

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Friday that the sides to the conflict should seek an energy truce with Russia and stop mutual attacks on infrastructure. He also called for unblocking commercial shipping in the Black Sea. This is a proposal for partial de-escalation of the conflict despite ongoing fighting.
