Lavrov wants Ukraine to become buffer zone after war

On September 8, Sergey Lavrov presented his vision of post-war Ukraine as a buffer zone during the "Big Game" program on Russian Channel One. Russia's top diplomat also spoke harshly about Ukrainian authorities but named no specific peace conditions.
