UN: at least 46,000 displaced by fighting in Yemen

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) reported that escalating violence in Yemen has forced at least 46,000 people to flee. The organization warns that the number of displaced is rising "hour by hour". The conflict's escalation is significantly worsening an already critical humanitarian situation in the country.
