Cyber Resilience Act: manufacturers must report flaws from September 11
From September 11, 2026, Article 14 of the EU's Cyber Resilience Act requires software and digital device manufacturers to report actively exploited vulnerabilities and serious security incidents. A dedicated EU platform for such reports has been launched. The regulation aims to speed manufacturer response to discovered threats and increase digital product security across the EU market.
