Protas report: more EU funds for eastern border regions

MEP Jacek Protas has prepared a report proposing to earmark 10 percent of EU funds directly for eastern regions. The proposal also calls for raising investment co-financing to as much as 95 percent and raising the aid threshold for those areas.
