Supersonic Overture: New York to London in 3.5 hours

Boom Supersonic is close to beginning tests of the prototype Symphony engine designed to power the Overture supersonic passenger aircraft. The plane will cover the transatlantic route more than twice as fast as current flights, cutting travel time from New York to London to around 3.5 hours. Overture is being compared to the legendary Concorde.
