Two children hospitalized after scooter accidents in Lębork

Two accidents involving minors on electric scooters occurred in Lębork. A 17-year-old without a helmet was hit by a Fiat on a bike path and hospitalized with serious injuries. Days later, a 13-year-old without a helmet and without required permits fell and was hospitalized with suspected head trauma. Her mother received two fines — 1,100 zloty total — for allowing her child to ride without permits.
