ESA to build its own radar for Envision Venus mission without NASA

The European Space Agency decided to independently design and build a radar for the Envision Venus mission after NASA withdrew from providing this key instrument due to budget cuts. The Envision mission aims to comprehensively study Venus's surface and atmosphere. Europeans are not abandoning the project despite the American withdrawal.
