Ecuador refuses to release body of murdered Polish activist Monika Silvy-Koniuszek

The body of Monika Silvy-Koniuszek, a Polish activist murdered in Ecuador in June, was supposed to return to Poland on September 10. At the last moment, the prosecutor handling the case withdrew permission to release the remains. The family and Polish authorities must now await further decisions from Ecuador's prosecutor.
