23-year-old pedestrian killed by truck in Rogoźniczka: rushed into roadway
The tragedy occurred before 10 p.m. in Rogoźniczka on national road 92 between Biała Podlaska and Międzyrzec Podlaski. According to initial findings, the 23-year-old apparently rushed onto the roadway directly in front of an oncoming Volvo tractor unit. Despite resuscitation efforts, the man could not be saved; the pedestrian had no reflective elements. The truck driver, a 31-year-old, was sober — the prosecutor is overseeing the case.
