Kremlin threatens Lithuania with nuclear weapons over atomic plans

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov warned that Lithuania's plans to remove a constitutional ban on nuclear weapons deployment represent a "serious escalation" and that the country could become a target of Russian nuclear weapons. Russia has increasingly turned to nuclear threats in response to NATO member actions.
