12-year-old girl drowning for 3 minutes at pool in Mielec, lifeguards did not respond

Milena, 12, was drowning at a pool in Mielec for over three minutes before anyone reacted. During this time, lifeguards were talking to each other and did not notice the girl's emergency. The prosecutor's office in Tarnobrzeg brought charges against four people in connection with the incident.
