Renault driver hits pedestrian while overtaking in Dzietrzniki

In Dzietrzniki in Wieluń county, a 51-year-old driver of a Renault Trafic struck a pedestrian while overtaking a truck. Despite rescue efforts, the man died; a breathalyzer test ruled out alcohol consumption by the driver. Police under prosecutorial supervision are investigating the accident's circumstances and identifying the victim.
