Dozens of attacks on telecommunications infrastructure in Lower Silesia

Police detained a man suspected of setting fire to two cellular base stations in Legnica, but authorities ruled out sabotage. After his arrest, three more stations were damaged. According to Wirtualna Polska, dozens of cases of theft and vandalism of telecommunications facilities have been recorded across Lower Silesian province in recent months.
