NBP designates Blik as systemically important payment system
The National Bank of Poland granted Blik the status of systemically important payment system, as announced by the system operator Polski Standard Płatności. The decision reflects Blik's growing scale of use and its key role in Poland's payment system. The higher status means Blik will be subject to closer NBP supervision.
