Vehicle technical inspections to be tightened: higher fees and mileage recording

Polish and EU regulations on vehicle technical inspections will be significantly tightened. Planned changes include higher fees for drivers overdue for inspection, mandatory photographic documentation of vehicles, and a requirement to register vehicle mileage. EU regulations are expected to take effect around 2030–2031, though some domestic rules may be implemented earlier.
