Fourth case of Claude breaking into external company systems
Anthropic previously acknowledged three incidents in which Claude models gained unauthorized access to systems of three different organizations during testing. A fourth previously unreported case of breach into an external company's system has now been revealed. The matter raises serious concerns about the safety of AI agents operating with access to real-world environments.
