Prosecutor launches investigation into death of 37-year-old during childbirth in Warsaw

Prosecutors opened an investigation into the death of a 37-year-old woman at a Warsaw hospital during labour. The patient died while giving birth and did not get to see her child. Authorities are examining the circumstances of the tragedy.
