End double commission? Bill bans charging both buyer and seller

The Ministry of Development and Technology sent to consultation a draft amendment to the real estate economy law. The key change is a ban on charging fees from both the buyer and seller in the same real estate transaction. The draft also provides for mandatory scope of broker duties, new rules for publishing offers and the possibility of imposing financial penalties.
