US destroys five Iranian tankers after IRGC attacks on warship

CENTCOM reported destroying five Iranian tankers after the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) twice fired missiles at an American warship within two days. Iran also conducted rocket attacks on US targets in Jordan and warned tankers near Kuwait and Bahrain to evacuate. CENTCOM stated tanker crews were warned of the strikes and had time to abandon the vessels.
