Black Red White plans housing estate in Zamość after furniture factory closure
Black Red White closed its furniture production plant on Kilińskiego Street in Zamość in spring, laying off 160 workers — one of the city's largest employers. The company filed for permission to build seven residential buildings with 242 apartments on the factory site. Zamość authorities, however, point to the site's strategic importance and signal opposition to the development plans.
