Trump promises $5,000 dividend to each adult American

Donald Trump announced Wednesday a $5,000 "dividend" payment to every adult U.S. citizen, provided Republicans maintain control of Congress. The president also warned of "idiocracy" and invoked Lenin and Stalin, pledging to "defeat communism".
