Lawsuit: Amazon denied pregnant workers breaks and chairs
Four former Amazon warehouse employees — Willamina Barclay, Kristina Green, Jennifer Hatch and Dazaria Parks — filed a class action lawsuit in federal court in New York, accusing the company of pregnancy discrimination. Amazon allegedly denied them bathroom breaks, an additional 15-minute break and the option to sit instead of stand while working. The lawsuit covers Amazon employees across the United States.
