Houthis attack Bab al-Mandeb: expert warns of powerful negotiating leverage

Iran-backed Houthis carried out new attacks on southern Saudi Arabia, seeking to control the Bab al-Mandeb strait. Analyst Adam Baron of the New America Foundation warns that controlling this shipping lane combined with disruptions to navigation in the Red Sea and Gulf would give the rebels enormous leverage in peace negotiations.
