White House considers giving CIA chief role in Russia-Ukraine talks

According to Wednesday reporting by the Financial Times, CIA Director John Ratcliffe is preparing to take a larger role in U.S. negotiations with Russia and Ukraine. The White House is simultaneously considering limiting the involvement of Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, who have led these negotiations so far.
