Sikorski in Latvia: Putin still thinks he has advantage in negotiations

Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said Wednesday during a visit to Latvia that he is not optimistic about prospects for peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. He stressed that Russians openly admit they have not changed their military goals and continue to reject successive ceasefire offers. According to Sikorski, Putin still believes he has "two cards" in his hand.
