Lavrov: Ukraine should be buffer zone, Kyiv must change government

Russia's foreign minister Sergei Lavrov said Russia will not accept a postwar order in which current Ukrainian authorities remain in power. According to Lavrov, Ukraine should become a buffer zone after the war. The statement confirms Moscow has not abandoned its political objectives toward Kyiv.
