Analyst: Kremlin hopes winter and European shifts will bring Ukraine to crisis

Dr Adam Eberhardt from the University of Warsaw assessed that no ceasefire in the war in Ukraine is currently possible. In his view, Russia calculates that the coming winter and political changes in Europe will weaken Kyiv. The expert also warned of the risk of reduced Western support for Ukraine.
